Oakley Summer Fest 2022

Vendors, Apply Now!

The City of Oakley will be hosting Summer Fest on Saturday, July 2nd, 2022 in Civic Center Plaza. We invite you to join us to sell your wares, market your business and share your message during our daytime festival. We are inviting the following types of vendors to participate: food vendors, arts & crafts, service, retail and non-profit organizations. Vendor applications are not taken on a first-come, first-serve basis. 

Please note that a current California Sellers Permit number is required if you will be selling any items.  Non-profit organizations will need to supply their 501C3 tax ID # to qualify for the non-profit rate. 

Submission of an application does not guarantee a spot.  You will be notified by email or phone if a spot has been reserved for you.

Location:  Civic Center Plaza, 3231 Main Street, Oakley

Event Hours:  11am – 5pm         Set-Up:  9am – 10am         Take-Down: 5pm – 6pm

Projected Attendance:  6000+

Population, City of Oakley:  44,000+

Total Vendor space:  Approximately 30 spaces

Space size & information:  10’ X 10’ parking lot space. Electricity is available for an additional $20 fee. 

Vendor Categories:  Retail, arts & crafts, non-profit & service organizations, food vendors.

Vendor Fees:  Fees are for space only.  Tables and tents are not included.

  • Retail, Services, Arts & Crafts - $125

  • Non-profit service organizations - $75

  • Food booths/trucks - $142 for the CCC Health Dept.  (Vendors who provide us with a current, valid CCC Health Service “Permit to Operate” with have this fee waived and will only need to pay the $140 booth fee).

Food booths/trucks fee - $140 booth fee   

Total fee for food booths/trucks:  $282
